Another good recipe

I made Sweet Potato, Corn, and Black Bean Hash last night.  I did serve it rolled in a flour tortilla with sour cream and a little cheddar cheese.  I also added some salsa -- to me a burrito needs something tomatoey!  I loved the sweetness of the sweet potato and corn against the spiciness of the peppers and the coolness of the sour cream and cheese.  A really nice combination.
