Made-Up Orzo Pasta

A thrown-together recipe that turned out pretty good:

Cook 1/2 lb. orzo pasta according to package directions.

Saute in olive oil:

4 oz mushrooms
1 small zucchini, cubed
1/2 green pepper
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
salt
pepper

When the veggies are nice and tender, add:

6 sundried tomatoes in oil chopped finely
2 Tbsp. of the oil from the tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 small can sliced black olives
1/2 cup of the pasta water

When the sauce is nicely heated, add the pasta.  Add some chopped fresh basil right before serving.
