Southwestern Tortilla Soup is from a new website I've been looking at called vegweb.com. It was very good. I don't think I made any changes, except added some black olives, cheddar cheese, and avocado for garnish. I didn't use very much cayenne, since I think the tomatoes with green chilies are plenty spicy. Oh, I almost forgot, I did add some chopped up fake grilled chicken patties from Morningstar Farms at the very end. These had been in the freezer for a while so I wanted to use them up. They are really good and added a smoky flavor.
