Antipasto-Style Penne

This recipe was very good.  I left out the prosciutto, of course.  I used an orange pepper instead of red, which added another color to the dish.  My husband thought it was squash (which he doesn't care for.)  He also isn't crazy about sun-dried tomatoes -- too tangy.  So if I made this again, I think I would chop them a lot finer and use about half the amount.  As far as I'm concerned, this was a great dish as it was.  I think it would be good cold, too.  Some little pearl onions would be great in this!
