Do you know the muffin (wo)man?

I've been having a lot of fun for the past couple weeks making different muffins from my Mad About Muffins cookbook.  I have made Chunky Granola, Honey Bran, Oatmeal Applesauce, and Orange Oat Bran.  We liked them all, but the Orange Oat Bran muffins were a little dry.  There are several others on my list to make:  Banana Mandarin, Coconut, Golden Bran, anad Wheat.  I'm trying to stick to the healthier recipes, because there are a lot of really good, very decadent recipes in this cookbook too!  I'll let you know how the others turn out.
