A Great Recipe!

Couldn't wait to tell you about my Slow-Cooker Black Bean-Mushroom Chili.  This was a great recipe -- tasted "meaty" even though it wasn't.  Very nice sweet/hot flavor.  This was the first time I cooked with tomatillos -- they totally disintegrated in the chili, so I don't really know what flavor they contributed, but whatever it was -- this was great.  Got great reviews from my husband and daughter too.  I served it with Monterey Jack cheese, low-fat sour cream, and some sliced scallions.  Yum!
