Dinner last night . . .

I made a "chicken" pot pie.  I used purchased pie crusts, and sautéed every vegetable I had -- onions, garlic, celery, carrots, broccoli, yellow pepper, and the rest of a bag of frozen mixed vegetables.  I thickened it with soy milk and cornstarch, and thinned it with some vegetable stock.  I cut up some Morningstar grilled veggie "chicken" patties and put that in.  Poured it in a double crust and baked.  It was very good.

I also made Ina Garten's Chocolate Sorbet.  I thought it was GREAT.  Very chocolaty.  The rest of my family aren't such chocoholics, so they didn't like it as much.  I'm sure my daughter would have liked it -- if she were home to try it.
