Egg Rolls

I made egg rolls for dinner.  I substituted Morningstar beefy crumbles instead of the meat.  They were very good.  I don't fry things often -- don't like to mess with all that oil and mess, so I wouldn't make this very often, but it was fun for a special occasion (husband got home from a business trip.)

I had three egg roll skins left, so I filled them with bananas, a few chocolate chips, and a spoonful of peanut butter and fried them up.  Sprinkle with powdered sugar.  They were good too.
