New Year's Treats
Warm Caramelized Onion Dip. Very yummy. I kept it in a small crock pot to keep it warm, and the onions got sweeter and sweeter all night. This one's a keeper. Oh, and I added about a cup of swiss cheese to the recipe, because I was comparing it to another similar recipe I had, and that sounded good. I think the dip would be great without the extra cheese, though.
